Medication-Assisted Recovery Wellness Van

Liberation’s Mobile Wellness Van provides outreach services to help those struggling with opiates in their recovery.  Our van travels throughout Lower Fairfield County Monday through Thursday providing recovery support services. The van has both a Prescriber and Recovery Coach on board to provide referrals for treatment, prescriptions for Buprenorphine/Suboxone*, Narcan†, harm reduction syringe exchange and educational resources. No insurance or appointment is needed. Services are available to adults 18 years and older. You can visit our Mobile Wellness Van throughout Bridgeport and Stamford as well as regularly scheduled at the locations below:

Park and Wood Avenues
Bridgeport

MONDAYS
9am – 2pm

Washington Park
East Washington Avenue
Bridgeport

WEDNESDAYS
9am – 1pm

Lione Park
325 Stillwater Avenue
Stamford

TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS
9:30am – 1:00pm
Throughout Bridgeport and Stamford as well as on call.

The Mobile Wellness Van is a service of Liberation Programs, Inc. with funding from the CT Dept. of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS).
*Suboxone is a medication used both to reduce withdrawal symptoms and to help people recover from opiate use.
†NARCAN is a medication used to reverse an opiate overdose.
