Liberation Programs’ two Outreach Vans provide various services to adults 18 years and older with substance misuse and mental health disorders. The Vans travel throughout Lower Fairfield County 7 days a week according to the schedule below and are available on call. Insurance and appointments are not required.
The vans provide treatment referrals, prescriptions for Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Narcan for Overdose Reversal, harm reduction supplies including syringe exchange, educational resources, and access to a Recovery Coach and Prescriber.
Generous support from the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) allowed us to acquire these vans. In addition to the supplies listed, we also offer basic wellness necessities and hygiene items on the van. To donate these items from our Amazon Wishlist, please click here.
For more information, call our Outreach Team at 475-265-7890 or Liz Evans, Senior Director of Harm Reduction, at 212-235-2004.
