PRESENT OPEN POSITIONS

Maintenance

 
Location:  Norwalk, CT

General Responsibilities:  Perform preventive maintenance duties: change filters, lube electrical motors, replace lights, ceiling tiles, fixtures, inspect/adjust belts, repair doors, handrails, floors, etc.

Qualifications:  HS or GED diploma; 2 years semi-skilled maintenance experience.

Skills Required:  General maintenance, "handyman" skills in the following areas: plumbing, electricl, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, etc.

Hours:  40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m..

Team Leaders
 
Location:  Residential & Outpatient Programs, Stamford, CT

General Responsibilities:  Provide supervision to cournselors; conduct chart audits; oversee department in the absence of the Director; hold a small caseload; fill in service gaps in the absence of staff coverage; conduct outreach to community partners; manage some administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:  Professional licensure in applicable field (i.e., LADC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) .  Experience working with chemical dependency/methadone population, including supervisory.

Skills Required:  Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to positively motivate staff.  Must be well organized, a team player, and have good communication and computer skills.

Hours:  40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday.

Clinical Nurse Manager or APRN
Location:  Stamford & Bridgeport, CT

General Responsibilities:  Run the day-to-day operations for medical services in outpatient and residential treatment programs.  Work collaboratively with senior management to provide the highest quality medical services for addiction and dually diagnosed populations.  Provide leadership to nursing staff, medical direction to program staff, and expertise in quality improvement for medical services.

Qualifications:  Registered Nurse with BSN (MSN desired) or APRN, and minimum of 7 years progressive experience in addiction treatment and/or behavioral health medical services.

Skills Required:  Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to positively motivate staff.  Must be well organized, a team player, and have good communication and computer skills..

Hours:  40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday.

Counselors

Location:  Residential & Outpatient Programs in Stamford & Bridgeport, CT

General Responsibilities:  Facilitate groups, engage clients in treatment, complete intakes, conduct individual and family sessions.

Qualifications:  CAC (or eligible) and a minimum of 2 years experience in the field.  Bilingual (Spanish) helpful.

Skills Required:  Excellent communication, assessment, and computer skills.  Must be a team player.

Hours:  40 hours weekly with some weekend hours.
